Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or specially cut orders are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
- Non-Returnable Items – Custom orders, clearance items, and certain specialty woods may not be eligible for return.
